We have classes tailored for different age groups: Little Ninja Class (ages 4–6), Warrior Class (ages 7–12), and Teen/Adult Classes (ages 12 and up).
Class duration varies by program: Little Ninja—30 minutes; Warrior—45 minutes; Teen/Adult—1 hour.
